Stepping out of the comfort zone......Global Sports Bra Squad

The point is to step out of our comfort zones to show our inner beauty, our strength, and to have a good self body image.
This was so incredibly hard for me! I have NEVER EVER had a good self body image.  This is something I try to instill in Elena and my girl scouts.  I can not believe that I stepped out in public in a sports bra where I can be seen by all of Greenville, people that I work with frequently that could be passing by, and even strangers!!  As hard as I was, I learned that I am me, I have so much to be proud of in how far I have come since October! Does this mean that you will always catching me run in a sports bra, weeeeeeellllllllll NO! But, there is something of a confidence booster to just have taken that step!
As I move closer to my 10K next week in my most favorite city, I am building my self confidence, and excitement.  I don't have to be the first to cross the finish line-as long as I finish.
Thanks to everyone, especially my little sis Sara that encouraged me, support me, and to those that got out in their sports bras to show the world that WE ALL ROCK!!!
